Looks great up til it crashes

This game looks great in the gameplay is awesome... Up until the time it crashes.

iPhone 6s? check
Latest operating system? check
Close all my other apps and make sure I have tons of memory? check
Reinstall the app? check

I cant make it past the theater fight scene after the motorcycle cut scene. Every time I enter a battle, it crashes. Please fix it. I cant be the only one having issues after Im done the proper troubleshooting steps.
